fix an error of qcloud sdk demo in quick start

1. use TencentOS-tiny\board\TencentOS_tiny_EVB_MX_plus\KEIL\qcloud_iot_explorer_sdk_data_template   instead of TencentOS-tiny\board\TencentOS_tiny_EVB_MX\KEIL\ tencent_cloud_sdk_data_template
